Site Visit: Fenton Way, Chatteris

David Wainwright and George Sands were on site in the sunshine last week to review the scheme’s progress so far at our project for Tungsten Properties at Fenton Way, Chatteris. 🚧🚧

Glencar have made fantastic progress in recent weeks with the building envelope and external yard slab almost complete. Internally, the fit out continues to advance with tiling underway and kitchenettes installed. 🏗️🏗️

The development will deliver a 300,000 sq ft National Distribution Centre of top quality industrial / logistics space! 👏👏

The scheme is aiming to achieve:
✅ BREEAM Excellent
✅ EPC A rating
✅ 15 metre haunch height
✅ 12 loading doors
✅ Secure self-contained yard
✅ Fully fitted offices
