This residential scheme comprised the design and construction of 10 thoughtfully planned detached homes, all connected by the newly formed Summer View access road, which was designed to create an attractive and coherent streetscape. Each property follows a consistent four‑bedroom layout, offering spacious family accommodation while maintaining a harmonious architectural character throughout the development.

Built using high‑quality red facing brickwork and dark grey roof tiles, the houses blend durability with a timeless aesthetic, reflecting traditional residential materials commonly found in the region. This considered palette ensures that the development feels both contemporary and rooted in its local context.
