This project focused on the comprehensive refurbishment and modernisation of the much‑loved Keelham Farm Shop in Bradford, enhancing both its operational efficiency and customer experience while remaining true to the brand’s identity. Working closely with the client’s interior designers, Inspire Design Consultancy every aspect of the redesign was carried out in line with their newly developed branding and interior layouts, ensuring consistency across the shop’s evolving visual and functional identity.

Given the store’s popularity and the need to maintain business continuity, the works were strategically phased into six carefully managed sections, enabling Keelham Farm Shop to remain fully operational throughout the entire construction period. This required meticulous planning and coordination across the design, engineering, and construction teams—balancing efficiency with minimal disruption to staff and customers.
