HTC Architects were appointed to deliver the refurbishment and reconfiguration of the Westbury Centre in Leamington Spa, transforming an existing building into a contemporary and functional environment suited to modern occupier needs.

Externally, the scheme introduces a refreshed architectural identity through considered façade improvements and material upgrades, improving the building’s presence and relationship with its surroundings. Internally, the design delivers high-quality finishes and modern servicing solutions, ensuring performance, durability and comfort throughout.
