Currently in planning, this project focuses on the comprehensive renovation of the Grade II listed Threshing Barn and ancillary buildings into a farm shop and café, alongside the conversion of a large, open Dutch barn into artisans’ workshops.

Located along the Agatha Christe trail, near her historic home in Wallingford in beautiful South Oxfordshire, Tim Godsmark, Esme Rothwell and Amy Grant at our London office are working closely with a multidisciplinary team of project managers, heritage consultants, ecologists, engineers, landscape architects and highway consultants to ensure preservation of the existing building’s fabric, whilst creating a centre for engaging, efficient and valuable public use.
