HTC Charity Walk for The MS Society

On Wednesday, Team HTC took part in our 3rd annual Charity Walk as part of our CSR policy and team building day, with a 12.3mile sponsored hike for the MS Society through the gorgeous Yorkshire countryside along the Pennine Way and into Skipton town centre. 🏞️🏞️

In response to staff feedback from 2025’s charity walk, the route was a little more challenging than last year – with the team setting out in a grey hazy mist that cleared into beautiful sunshine, it was great to be out of the office walking in nature and an excellent team-building exercise too! 🌫️⛅🌤️☀️

After the main climb out of Earby, we had a well earnt rest just before halfway at The Hare and Hounds Lothersdale, where we were meet by their fantastic team and snacked on delicious sausage rolls! 🙌🙌

Thank you also to J & B Travel Ltd Ltd for transporting us up from Leeds into the North Yorkshire countryside! 🚌🚌

With a target to raise £2,000 for our chosen 2026 charity, the MS Society, we are delighted to announce we have smashed the target – with the current number sitting at a huge £2610!! 🎉🎉

We would like to say a massive THANK YOU to the team and their incredible efforts in raising awareness and donations for the MS Society; along with our clients, consultants and suppliers who have kindly donated! 💫💫

The day was a great success, and the team pushed through the 26-degree heat to finish the walk at the Curious Fox in Skipton – celebrating both the hard work of the day and more importantly, the money raised for the vital work that the MS Society do. 🧡🧡
