Practice Announcement

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Helen Colleen Cliffe as Head of Residential Design, Masterplanning and Strategic land Development at HTC Architects, effective from 7th September. 👏

Helen’s appointment marks an exciting new chapter for the practice as we establish residential, master planning and strategic land development as a defined new sector within the business. 🏘️

In this role, Helen will lead the growth of the sector, bringing her experience in residential-led, mixed-use and strategic development projects to help shape high-quality design solutions, build strong client relationships and identify new opportunities. 🤝

Her appointment strengthens our commitment to thoughtful, commercially informed and design-led growth, while supporting our ambition to make a meaningful contribution to the places and communities we help create. 🧡
