Exciting times at Leftfield Park, Basingstoke recently, with David Wainwright checking out the progress so far at our project for Tungsten Properties

The development includes two high-spec, net zero, carbon-ready warehouses totalling circa 123,830 sq ft!

The scheme is aiming to achieve:
BREEAM Excellent
12 EVC Carparking Spaces
EPC A+

With Practical Completion set for Jan 2026, the scheme is moving along tremendously well so far, and we’re really proud of the teams hard work!
