Site Visit: Lichfield

Jonathan Hornby and Lucy Ashton were on site in the heat recently to review the scheme’s progress so far at our project for Tungsten Properties at Lichfield. 🚧🚧

The development will deliver a 133,700 sq ft development that includes 5 top quality industrial / logistics units! 👏👏

The scheme is aiming to achieve:
✅ BREEAM Excellent
✅ EPC A rating
✅ PV panels
✅ Secure self-contained yard
✅ Fully fitted offices

The development remains on track for completion in Summer 2026! ☀️☀️

With cladding, doors and windows now installed, and warehouse slabs cast across all units, the buildings are approaching completion. External works are also progressing well – great to see such positive momentum on site. 🏗️🏗️
