HTC have been the architects for the conservation, refurbishment and partial reconstruction of a Grade B listed nineteenth century country house in the Scottish Borders. The house was designed by William Burns.
One wing of the main house appears to have been unused possibly since the 1930s. To the rear a 1920s stable block is suffering from subsidence and there are plans to rebuild it as garaging. There is extensive land which as a further phase will be landscaped with a new lake.
