This multi-unit scheme delivered a total of 14 units across five buildings, totalling 65,000sq ft of development.
Pitched roofed units, with contemporary built up and composite cladding and feature curtain wall entrance delivered a range of highly sought-after units which were occupied shortly after PC by tenants Screwfix, Howdens, Topps Tiles, Digraph, Costs Coffee, Greggs, Pizza Hut and Subway.
The immediate success of this scheme led developer Tungsten Properties to be awarded the 2017 IAS Award for “Best Multi-Let Industrial Estate”.
