Completed in October 2022, Calder Park, Wakefield delivered a single 330,100sq ft industrial / logistics unit for client Tungsten Properties and end user Cubico, trading as Easy Bathrooms.
The high specification unit, which was built by Winvic Construction, has achieved net zero carbon in construction and is rated BREEAM Very Good and EPC A and delivers warehousing with a clear 18m haunch, 25,500sq ft of CAT A office accommodation over three floors and associated external servicing and parking facilities.
