The development of Manor Royal showcased a sophisticated transformation, involving the demolition of an obsolete office block and the redevelopment of an existing brownfield site for logistic operator Evri.
The outcome was a bespoke logistics development spanning across 83,910 sq ft, strategically designed for optimal parcel processing and distribution. Additionally, the project featured 7,185 sq ft of high-spec offices and meeting spaces for immediate tenant occupation.
The scheme delivered a high quality and striking design alongside associated servicing and parking facilities with a BREEAM rating of Excellent and was completed in June 2022.
