HTC Architects experience of designing motor auctions spans back over 20 years when we designed a car auction facility in Leeds. This was also the start of our working relationship with G3 Remarketing. Since this project we have been involved in five other new auction facilities.
This 14-acre development is the UK’s most interactive vehicle marketplace and incorporates a state of the art auction hall and office facility with a vast vehicle storage forecourt and refurbishment centre. The main entrance creates a strong first impression and features a double-height, fully-glazed corner atrium which has the option to display a show car if required.
We worked closely with G3 throughout design and construction to finalise the finer details of the design and branding.
