Greenland Road, Sheffield underwent a transformative redevelopment under Tungsten Properties, converting an unused B&Q unit into 113,150 sq ft of modern industrial floor space divided into two units.
Furthermore, the remainder of the site was enhanced with nine logistics and trade units ranging in size from 3000 sq ft to 15,500 sq ft. This comprehensive endeavor culminated in a total of 55,200 sq ft of new accommodation with integrated offices and servicing/parking facilities.
In addition, the scheme provided a new 1800 sq ft Costa Coffee development, complete with drive thru lanes, outdoor seating, and ample parking facilities.
