A terraced house in the heart of the Crouch End Conservation Area.
The brief was to provide an additional bedroom, bathroom, open plan ground floor with substantially more storage and daylight. We worked hard on behalf of our client to achieve full planning permission for a loft conversion, including major alterations, a side and rear extension. The design worked in harmony with the sensitive requirements of the local planning policies and Conservation area’s needs. The works transformed the traditional Victorian home into a modern haven of tranquility along with the bold creative thinking of interior designer Amanda Neilson Interiors.
