Space Station at Marlinland, Castle Bromwich is a purpose‑designed self‑storage facility developed to support the operational requirements of a modern storage provider while delivering a clear, secure and customer‑focused environment. HTC Architects worked closely with Space Station to create a building that balances strong architectural identity with efficiency, flexibility and long‑term adaptability.

The design carefully integrates customer access areas with secure storage accommodation, providing intuitive circulation and clear wayfinding. Internal layouts were planned to accommodate a range of storage unit sizes, supporting flexible use and future reconfiguration as operational needs evolve.

Robust materials, efficient servicing strategies and a clear organisational structure were central to the design approach, reflecting the practical demands of a high‑use self‑storage facility.
