Site Visit: Fenton Way, Chatteris

David Wainwright and George Sands were on site recently to review the scheme’s progress so far at our project for Tungsten Properties at Fenton Way, Chatteris. 🚧🚧

With the cladding now beginning to go up, it is exciting to see the project transform so quickly! 🏗️🏗️

The development will deliver a 300,000 sq ft National Distribution Centre of top quality industrial / logistics space! 👏👏

The scheme is aiming to achieve:
✅ BREEAM Excellent
✅ EPC A rating
✅ 15 metre haunch height
✅ 12 loading doors
✅ Secure self-contained yard
✅ Fully fitted offices
