Site Visit: Lichfield

Jonathan Hornby was on site in the cold recently to review the scheme’s progress so far at our project for Tungsten Properties at Lichfield. With hail catching the group as they walked round, their hard hats definitely came in handy!🚧🚧

The development will deliver a 133,700 sq ft development that includes 5 top quality industrial / logistics units! 👏👏

The scheme is aiming to achieve:
✅ BREEAM Excellent
✅ EPC A rating
✅ 20% biodiversity net gain
✅ PV panels
✅ Secure self-contained yard
✅ Fully fitted offices

The development is due to complete in Summer 2026, and with cladding now progressing on Unit 1, the steel frame to Unit 2 almost complete, Unit 3’s glazing has now been installed and the internals moving on well in Units 4 and 5, it was great to see such positive progress! 🏗️🏗️
