Site Visit: Lidl Welton Road, Brough

Last week Phil Coggan, BSc (Hons), Cert RP, MIRP was onsite in the snow checking out the progress at our new Lidl GB store in Brough! 🚧🚧

Stainforth Construction LLP are making great progress on site currently with PC expected before Christmas and the store due to open in February! 🎉🎉

The store boasts a huge 1,334.4 sq m sales area with a great in-store bakery, brick elevations in keeping with the local architecture and 107 carparking spaces – including six accessible, and nine parent and child spaces -alongside electric vehicle charging points too! 🔌🔌
