Site Visit: Nuneaton

Nigel Teal, David Wainwright and George Sands were on site last week to check out the progress so far at Tungsten Properties‘ Bermuda Park in #Nuneaton.

With the steel, substation and First Floor complete; Parkway Construction MK Limited are progressing well with the cladding and preparing to pour to core slab soon!

The development will deliver over 36,730 sq ft (3,412 sq m) of top quality industrial / logistics space to the market and we’re happy to see the works progressing so well!

The scheme is aiming to achieve:

✅ EPC A rating
✅ 10 metre eaves height
✅ 3 Ground level loading doors
✅ Secure self-contained yard
✅ Fully fitted offices

With practical completion anticipated for just before Christmas, we are excited to see the finished results in the winter!
