Site Visit: Nuneaton

George Sands was on site last week to attend Parkway Construction MK Limited‘s site meeting and review on site progress so far at Tungsten Properties‘ Bermuda Park in hashtag#Nuneaton. 🚧🚧

With access road laid this week, the warehouse floor, internal walls, car park paving complete and the yard and cladding almost finished, it is exciting to see the progress move along so well!

The development will deliver over 36,730 sq ft (3,412 sq m) of top quality industrial / logistics space to the market! 👏👏

The scheme is aiming to achieve:
✅ BREEAM Excellent
✅ EPC A rating
✅ 10 metre eaves height
✅ 3 Ground level loading doors
✅ Secure self-contained yard
✅ Fully fitted offices
