Site Visit: Wokingham

Yesterday Nadia Luhar and Matt Naylor were onsite at Indurent Park, Wokingham for a monthly progress meeting  🏗️🏗️

The project is moving along well – Magrock have now completed the steel work, with the cladding beginning to go up – it was great to get to see the scheme advancing in person! 👏👏

The development will include:
✅ – New access arrangement
✅ – Construction of a 39,650 sq ft warehouse
✅ – Modern first floor office space
✅ – Targeting EPC Rating A+ and BREEAM Excellent

Many thanks to hard work from the project team so far – Indurent, Magrock, Knight Webb Limited, PRP UK Ltd and Hopkins Coats Associates – we’re excited to be continuing to develop our partnerships together! 🤝🤝
