Site Visit: Wokingham

Nadia Luhar and Matt Naylor were onsite at Indurent Park, Wokingham last week for a monthly progress meeting 🏗️🏗️

The project is moving along well – Magrock have almost completed the cladding, with the entrance glazing looking fantastic – it was great to get to see the scheme advancing in person! 👏👏

The development will include:
✅ – New access arrangement
✅ – Construction of a 39,650 sq ft warehouse
✅ – Modern first floor office space
✅ – Targeting EPC Rating A+ and BREEAM Excellent
