Site Visit: Wokingham

Nadia Luhar was onsite in the sun at Indurent Park, Wokingham recently for a monthly progress meeting and a tour around site 🏗️🏗️

The project is moving along well – Magrock have now completed the warehouse slab, with the cladding and windows installed, and external works nearing completion! 🚧🚧

Upcoming works include the electrical, decorations, tiling and finishes, and it was great for the team to get to see the scheme advancing in person! 👏👏

The development will include:
✅ – New access arrangement
✅ – Construction of a 39,650 sq ft warehouse
✅ – Modern first floor office space
✅ – Targeting EPC Rating A+ and BREEAM Excellent
