Store Opening – Lidl – Walworth Road, London

 Matt Holroyd (with a sense of slight relief) thoroughly enjoyed visiting Lidl GB’s new store on opening day, especially to experience the hustle and bustle of excited customers, exploring their new local store. 🛒🛒

The new store is completely non-spec and repurposes the former retail unit, with new entrance / exit and surrounding façade. 🏗️🏗️

Everyone worked extremely hard on this project to navigate the challenges a conversion scheme brings, with many thanks to – Principal Contractor: T A Knox Limited, Structural Engineer: TOPPING ENGINEERS LTD and M&E Sub-Contractor: HAS Electrical Limited; and to Jacob Bevan-Howarth at HTC Architects for his determination, an essential component for a project of this type, running at this pace! 👏👏
