Site Visit: Nuneaton

David Wainwright and George Sands were on site last week to attend Parkway Construction MK Limited‘s site meeting and review on site progress so far at Tungsten Properties‘ Bermuda Park in hashtag#Nuneaton. 🚧🚧

With the externals now being finalised and landscaping underway, the internal fit out is also moving along nicely. It is exciting to see the project transform! 🏗️🏗️

The development will deliver over 36,730 sq ft (3,412 sq m) of top quality industrial / logistics space to the market! 🎉🎉

The scheme is aiming to achieve:
✅ BREEAM Excellent
✅ EPC A rating
✅ 10 metre eaves height
✅ 3 Ground level loading doors
✅ Secure self-contained yard
✅ Fully fitted offices
