Store Opening: Lidl Welton Road, Brough

This morning Matt Holroyd, Phil Coggan, BSc (Hons), Cert RP, MIRP and Norman Grimaldi were up at dawn to attend the new Lidl GB Brough Store Opening in the cold! 🎉🎉

Stainforth Construction LLP have done a fantastic job with the project, with the store boasting a huge 1,334.4 sq m sales area, great in-store bakery, brick elevations in keeping with the local architecture and 107 carparking spaces – including six accessible, and nine parent and child spaces -alongside electric vehicle charging points too! 🔌🔌

Many thanks to the wider team once more- Stainforth Construction LLP and TOPPING ENGINEERS LTD and Phil Coggan, BSc (Hons), Cert RP, MIRP, Laura Sherratt, Matt Holroyd and Norman Grimaldi at HTC Architects for all their hard work on this project that first came into the office in May 2020! 🛒🛒

The opening of this Lidl GB store this morning will succeed in bolstering the supermarket options for residents in Brough, with the store will be a much-welcomed addition to the area! 🙌🙌
