Wokingham – Groundbreaking Ceremony

Last month Nadia Luhar was onsite at Indurent Park, Wokingham for Magrock’s Groundbreaking Ceremony, to mark the beginning of the scheme with their completion of the existing offices demolition.🏗️🏗️

The development will include:
✅ – New access arrangement
✅ – Construction of a 39,650 sq ft warehouse
✅ – Modern first floor office space
✅ – Targeting EPC Rating A+ and BREEAM Excellent

Many thanks to hard work from the project team so far – Indurent, Magrock, Knight Webb Limited, PRP and Hopkins Coats Associates – we’re excited to be continuing to develop our partnerships together! 🤝🤝
