Store Opening – Lidl – Caldy Retail Park, Chester

The HTC Architects team had a great morning at Lidl GB’s new Chester store opening yesterday – when Matt Holroyd and Katie Eales joined local residents to watch the store at Caldy Retail Park open its doors to the public!!🙌🙌

The new store repurposed the former B&M and Rightway units at Caldy Retail Park and extended the existing space to create a new entrance, façade and canopy for the Lidl GB Store! 🛒🛒

Everyone worked extremely hard on this project to navigate the challenges a conversion and extension scheme brings, with many thanks to – Braithwaite Group T/A Braithwaite Fit Out Ltd and Ads Consult; and to Katie Eales at HTC Architects for her hard work on a technically detailed project linking in the extension to adjacent units. 👏👏

Exceptionally efficient architectural services were provided by HTC Architects once more – from conception to completion. We look forward to sharing further store openings in the near future – watch this space! 🎉🎉
