Women in Construction Week

This week at HTC Architects, we’ve been celebrating 2026’s Women in Construction Week. 🎉🎉

This year’s theme, “Level Up. Build Strong” captures how the drive of women, who are entering the construction and architecture sectors in larger numbers than ever before, allows focus to be put on the significance of mentorship and the importance of working together to enable better design, workplace culture and opportunities for all. 🤝🤝

Proactive initiatives and institutional support, together with providing access to professional development, is imperative to empowering women to excel in this traditionally male-dominated industry. 🏗️🏗️

With International Women’s Day on Sunday (08.03.26), Women in Construction Week offers an additional important opportunity for the industry to shine a spotlight on the achievements, resilience and potential of women who contribute to the world of architecture and construction. 👏👏

In fostering supportive and inclusive environments, we can build towards creating a more equitable industry for the future – an industry that is proud to be designing for everyone and with everyone involved. 🧡🧡
