Site Visit: Lichfield

Jonathan Hornby and Lucy Ashton were on site in the mud recently to review the scheme’s progress so far at our project for Tungsten Properties at Lichfield. 🚧🚧

The development will deliver a 133,700 sq ft development that includes 5 top quality industrial / logistics units! 👏👏

The project is aiming to achieve:
✅ – BREEAM Excellent
✅ – EPC A rating
✅ – 20% biodiversity net gain
✅ – PV panels
✅ – Secure self-contained yard
✅ – Fully fitted offices

The scheme is due to complete in Summer 2026 and it is exciting to see how quickly the project transforms once the steel has gone up! 🏗️🏗️
