Arc Royal Project Update

Significant progress is being made on our Arc Royal industrial site despite the difficult weather throughout January. The site is starting to come to life and is looking great in the winter sun!

Our 495,000sq ft prime logistics / industrial development at Birkenhead, for valued client Tungsten Properties, is located within one mile of the port of Liverpool and will provide an outstanding unit with cross docked servicing facilities, CAT A office accommodation and the commitment to achieve a BREEAM excellent rating.
