Flashback Friday – Ashlands Garth, Ilkely

Today we are reflecting on our residential development at Ashlands Garth that completed last year in mid-2025. 🏘️🏘️

Situated in a quiet corner of Ilkely, tucked away off Ashlands Road, the scheme includes 14 and thoughtfully designed homes that delivered a variety of layouts for the client. ✒️✒️

Ranging from the traditional two-bedroom house, through to more substantial four-bedroom family homes planned over three floors – the properties additionally feature en-suite shower rooms, study areas and integrated garages. 🏡🏡

Developed for R N Wooler and Company Limited – who provided these beautiful photographs – we are extremely pleased with the finished scheme! 🏗️🏗️

Managing Director Peter Humphreys, Associate Laura Sherratt and Senior Architectural Technologist Paul Holmes worked hard on the project alongside JPG Group to create this high-quality Yorkshire residential development. 👏👏
