Practical Completion Centurion Park, Colchester

This stunning high-spec industrial development totalled 11 units over 10 buildings.

With unit sizes ranging from 11,000 sqft to 70,500 sqft – creating a total area of 357,500 sqft over the 11 units!

We are extremely proud of all the hard work put in from Jonathan Hornby and Nadia Luhar, with the project achieving a BREEAM Excellent rating.

The scheme included design features such as:

• External communal/recreation space
• Electric car charging spaces for each unit
• Roof mounted PV panels

One of the units additionally contributed as the case study for Nadia’s recent qualification as an Architect too! So lots of reasons to celebrate all round!
