Site Visit: Basingstoke

Nigel Teal and David Wainwright were on site recently to check out the progress so far at our project for Tungsten Properties at Leftfield Park, Basingstoke.

The development includes two high-spec, net zero, carbon-ready warehouses totalling circa 123,830 sq ft!

The scheme is aiming to achieve:
BREEAM Excellent
12 EVC Carparking Spaces
EPC A+

Practical Completion is set for Jan 2026 and with cladding currently being installed and the feature flashings looking great too, the scheme is moving along tremendously!
