Site Visit – Beverley, Sargent Electrical

Jonathan Hornby and Vanessa Shieh were on site recently to review the progress so far at our project to deliver an advanced manufacturing centre for Sargent Electrical Services Limited… at Beverley. 🚧

The scheme will deliver an 85,400 sq. ft development that will act as an efficient, sustainable and modern base for Sargent Electrical Services Limited as they continue their expansion and growth in Yorkshire! 👏

Triton Construction continue to have the scheme progressing well, with the external works progressing well and the cladding currently flying up! 🏗️

The mezzanine level construction continues and with the floor slab set to be poured soon, the project continues to take shape with another key milestone reached. 🎉

The development is aiming to achieve:
✅ BREEAM Outstanding
✅ EPC A+
✅ PV Panels & battery storage
✅ Secure, self-contained yard
✅ Fully fitted offices, welfare and production area
