Site Visit: Nuneaton

Nigel Teal and David Wainwright were on site recently to attend Parkway Construction MK Limited site meeting and review on site progress so far at Tungsten Properties‘ Bermuda Park in hashtag#Nuneaton.

The development will deliver over 36,730 sq ft (3,412 sq m) of top quality industrial / logistics space to the market and we’re happy to see the works progressing so well!

EPC A rating
10 metre eaves height
3 Ground level loading doors
Secure self-contained yard
Fully fitted offices

With practical completion anticipated for just before Christmas, we are excited to see the finished results in the winter!
