Site Visit: Parker Plant

Paul Holmes was on site recently to review the scheme’s progress so far at our project for Parker Plant Limited at Canon Street, Leicester. 🚧🚧

MCS Group Ltd have the project moving along nicely and with the steel and glazing up, the scheme is beginning to take shape – so it’s great to see the project transforming so quickly! 🏗️🏗️

The development will deliver a 70,000sq ft turnkey unit of top quality industrial / logistics space, with a total GIA of 75,000 sq ft, including 7500 sq ft of dedicated office space too! 👏👏

The scheme is aiming to achieve:
✅ Fully fitted offices
✅ Secure self-contained yard
✅10 standard loading doors, extra wide at 5.5m with four of increased height at 5.1m clear
✅ 3 bays of 8m haunch with a high bay frame of 11m
