Site Visit: Wokingham

Nadia Luhar was onsite at Indurent Park, Wokingham recently for a monthly progress meeting and a tour around site 🏗️🏗️

The project is moving along well – Magrock have completed work on the raised access floor, roller shutters and the roof PV panels and are currently finalising the cladding alongside installing both the lift and louvres on site. It was great to get to see the scheme advancing in person! 👏👏

The development will include:
✅ – New access arrangement
✅ – Construction of a 39,650 sq ft warehouse
✅ – Modern first floor office space
✅ – Targeting EPC Rating A+ and BREEAM Excellent
