Site Visit – Lichfield

Jonathan Hornby was on site under blue skies recently to review the scheme’s progress so far at our project for Tungsten Properties at Lichfield. 🚧🚧

The development will deliver a 133,700 sq ft development that includes 5 top quality industrial / logistics units! 👏👏

The scheme is aiming to achieve:
✅ BREEAM Excellent
✅ EPC A rating
✅ PV panels
✅ Secure self-contained yard
✅ Fully fitted offices

The project is currently approaching completion, with the site looking great in the sunshine! ☀️☀️
