Site Visit – Lidl – Birstall, Leeds

Matt Holroyd, Kyle Haq, Kieran Ashton and Jamie Bradley were on site under blue skies recently visiting our local project for Lidl GB at Birstall. 🎉🎉

The store is located on an existing brownfield site adjacent to the popular Birstall Retail Park, that will rejuvenate the area to create stores for both Lidl GB and Home Bargins. 👏👏

HTC Architects have worked together with Stonedale Construction Ltd from the enabling works then onto complete the external works and Lidl food store for the development. 🏗️🏗️

Upon completion, the store will boast a 1518.9 sq m sales area with a great in-store bakery and share 145 car parking spaces with Home Bargins; including nine parent and child spaces and ten accessible spaces – alongside 12 electric vehicle charging points at Source – EV’s sustainable EV Charging Hub too! 🔌🔌

Stonedale Construction Ltd has the scheme progressing fantastically well, with the cladding now in place, the internal fitout has begun, and the store is really starting to take shape! 🚧🚧
