Site Visit – Beverley, Sargent Electrical

Jonathan Hornby was on site recently to review the scheme’s progress so far at our project to deliver an advanced manufacturing centre for Sargent Electrical Services Limited at Beverley. 🚧🚧

The development will deliver an 85,400 sq. ft development that will act as an efficient, sustainable and modern base for Sargent Electrical Services Limited as they continue their expansion and growth in Yorkshire! 👏👏

Triton Construction continue to have the scheme progressing well, with the steel frame now almost complete! Roof cladding has now begun, marking another key milestone as the project continues to take shape. 🏗️🏗️

The scheme is aiming to achieve:
✅ BREEAM Outstanding
✅ EPC A+
✅ PV panels
✅ Secure, self-contained yard
✅ Fully fitted office & welfare
