Practical Completion: Barnes Residential Project – HTC London

The scheme included the comprehensive renovation of the post-WW1 property that was originally constructed utilising a prefabricated system of concrete columns and clinker infill typical for the period. 🏗️🏗️

Modifying and adapting this existing construction method to meet modern standards was at the core of the project and the resulting outcome for the client features both dormer and rear extensions to the property, alongside a beautiful self-contained contemporary garden office. 👏👏

This renovated modern home now boasts high-quality finishes throughout: including parquet oak flooring, underfloor heating, bespoke cabinetry and large glazed skylights and sliding patio doors that allow a seamless connection from the kitchen to the outdoors and flood the space with natural light! ☀️☀️
