Site Visit: Fenton Way, Chatteris

David Wainwright and George Sands were on site under blue skies last week to review the scheme’s progress so far at our project for Tungsten Properties at Fenton Way, Chatteris. 🚧🚧

The canopy roof cladding has now been installed, the PV panel cabling fixing has begun, and the office carpentry is underway alongside the commencement of the installation of the sprinkler system! 🏗️🏗️

It is great to witness all the positive progress Glencar have made this summer (throughout her many heatwaves) as they continue to make excellent headway on this 300,000 sq ft National Distribution Centre that will deliver top quality industrial / logistics space to Cambridgeshire’s market! 👏👏

The scheme is aiming to achieve:
✅ BREEAM Excellent
✅ EPC A rating
✅ 15 metre haunch height
✅ 12 loading doors
✅ Secure self-contained yard
✅ Fully fitted offices
