Store Opening – JYSK Hull

Store Opening – JYSK Hull

JYSK continues their ambitious expansion plan in the UK reaching the East coast at Kingston Retail Park, Hull. πŸŽ‰

Yesterday morning Matt Holroyd, Jacob Lowe & Jamie Bradley attended a lively store opening with a fantastic turn-out from the local community! πŸ‘

The development transformed a former Carpet Right unit into a new, bright and modern JYSK store that keeps sustainability at its core – testing and subsequently utilising the existing M&E systems to reduce the operational carbon produced in the building’s lifespan.πŸ—οΈ

To accommodate JYSK’s operational and storage requirements as they roll out stores across the UK, the project involved the redevelopment of the existing building – including the creation of a new warehouse compartmented wall, ancillary facilities and staff welfare provisions – including a new office and canteen! β˜•

HTC Architects worked alongside JYSK and Stonedale Construction Ltd from the outset to deliver a comprehensive fit-out programme, creating a high-quality retail environment for customers! πŸ›’

Many thanks to the wider team for creating another successful JYSK store: Stonedale Construction Ltd, Professional Gas & Mechanical Ltd and Stirling Electrical Ltd! πŸ‘·

A special mention to the HTC Architects Team JYSK Team – Jacob Lowe and Matt Holroyd! 🀝

Jacob has worked incredibly hard on his first JYSK scheme and adds:

“Delivering my first JYSK project was a valuable and exciting challenge. It is very rewarding to see the project come together and celebrate its successful opening, and I am looking forward to working on future upcoming projects with JYSK!” 🚧
