Site Visit: Beverley, Sargent Electrical

Jonathan Hornby and Vanessa Shieh were on site recently to review the scheme’s progress so far at our project to deliver an advanced manufacturing centre for Sargent Electrical Services Limited at Beverley. 🚧🚧

The development will deliver an 85,400 sq. ft development that will act as an efficient, sustainable and modern base for Sargent Electrical Services Limited as they continue their expansion and growth in Yorkshire! 👏👏

The scheme is aiming to achieve:
✅ Carbon Net Zero
✅ BREEAM Outstanding
✅ EPC A+
✅ PV panels
✅ Secure, self-contained yard
✅ Fully fitted office & welfare
