Site Visit – Fenton Way, Chatteris

David Wainwright and George Sands were on site under bright summer skies recently to review the scheme’s progress so far at our project for Tungsten Properties at Fenton Way, Chatteris. 🚧🚧

Glencar have built on their fantastic progress made in recent weeks and continue to make excellent headway, with the construction of the fire exit stairs and additional external works. 🏗️🏗️

The development will deliver a 300,000 sq ft National Distribution Centre of top quality industrial / logistics space! 👏👏

The scheme is aiming to achieve:
✅ BREEAM Excellent
✅ EPC A rating
✅ 15 metre haunch height
✅ 12 loading doors
✅ Secure self-contained yard
✅ Fully fitted offices
