Store Opening – Lidl – Pinners Brow Retail Park, Warrington

In this morning’s sunshine and heat, Matt Holroyd, Stephen Nixon and Kieran Ashton were joined by the local community to attend the wonderful store opening our newest Lidl GB Store at Pinners Brow Retail Park! ☀️☀️

The conversion of redundant retail units on the site into a new non-spec supermarket in central Warrington – with what has become Lidl’s instantly recognisable iconic store design – has revitalised the area with this sustainable adaptive re-use scheme! 🙌🙌

Lidl GB’s modern and efficient Pinners Brow store boasts a 1512 sq m sales area with a great in-store bakery and 198 carparking spaces – including 5 dedicated van spaces,13 accessible, and nine parent and child spaces -alongside electric vehicle charging points too!🔌🔌

HTC Architects have provided project delivery and architectural design services for this extensive fit-out scheme, which included improvements to the retail park’s existing delivery entrance and the reconfiguration and resurfacing of the site’s carparking layout. 🚧🚧

The project required a solution that met Lidl’s requirements and delivered a refurbished modern retail unit – featuring a 750 sq m sales area – ensuring a successful regeneration of the area! 👏👏

Many thanks to the wider team- Braithwaite Group T/A Braithwaite Fit Out Ltd, Lidl GB, Shape Consulting Engineers and Chris Smith at Rapleys/Plan A Limited and a huge thank you to the team at HTC Architects: Stephen Nixon, Kieran Ashton and Matt Holroyd for all their hard work on the project! 🏗️🏗️

With the store now open, it will be a much-welcomed improvement to the local community’s food store options. 🛒🛒
